Paralegals and legal assistants
Description: Paralegals help lawyers prepare their cases. They do research and write reports that lawyers use to present their arguments in court. They may meet with clients to get information about a case, but they do not argue cases in court or set fees. Some paralegals have a wide variety of tasks, while others specialize in one area of the law, such as tax law or publishing law.
