Chiropractors
Description: Chiropractors help people who have problems with their muscles, nerves, or skeleton, especially the spine. They examine patients, order tests, and take X rays. They treat patients by massaging or adjusting the spinal column. They also use water and heat therapy. They stress nutrition, exercise, and reducing stress in treatment. They do not prescribe drugs or perform surgery. Many are self-employed.
