Counter and rental clerks
Description: Counter and rental clerks take orders, figure out fees, receive payment, and accept returns. They answer questions about what kinds of items are in stock and how much they cost. They must know about the company's services and policies. Some fill out forms and tickets by hand, but most use computers and scanners.
