Retail salespersons
Description: Retail salespersons help customers choose and buy all kinds of items, from sweaters and makeup to lumber and plumbing. Their primary job is to interest customers in whatever products they are selling. They also fill out sales checks, take payment, bag purchases, and give change and receipts. Most sales workers are responsible for keeping track of the money in their cash registers.
