Human resources assistants, except payroll and timekeeping
Description: Human resources assistants work with people who are applying for jobs in their company as well as with newly hired workers. They explain company rules, dress codes, pay policies, and benefits. They also maintain employee records and notify employees of job openings in the company. When conflicts arise at work, human resources workers help mediate.
