Customer service representatives
Description: Customer service representatives work directly with customers, answering questions, taking orders, and solving problems when things go wrong. Many work for utilities, such as electric or gas companies or cable TV companies. They may handle billing mistakes, arrange for customers to have services switched on or off, and listen to lots of complaints. These workers spend a lot of time on the phone.
