DescriptionSalary: $28,001 to $50,000 per year
: Boilermakers build boilers, vats, and other large tanks used for storing liquids and gases. Boilers supply steam for electric engines and for heating and power systems in buildings, factories, and ships. Because most boilers last for 35 years or more, repairing and maintaining them is a big part of a boilermaker's job. These workers use dangerous equipment, lift heavy items, and may work on ladders or scaffolding.

Our business started as boilermaking. The owner added metal fabrication. I made cylinders, arcs, sprials, circles, and rings. - Knewbit@yahoo,com (rich)
