Line installers and repairers
Description: Line installers and repairers lay the wires and cables that bring electricity, phone service, and cable TV signals into our homes. They clear lines of tree limbs, check them for damage, and make emergency repairs when needed. This job can be dangerous because installers and splicers work underground, high above ground, and with various chemicals and electricity.
