: Assemblers and fabricators are experienced and trained workers who put together complicated products such as computers, appliances, and electronic equipment. Their work is detailed and must be done accurately. They follow directions from engineers and use several tools and precise measuring instruments. Some work in clean, well-lit, dust-free rooms, while others work around grease, oil, and noise. They may have to lift and fit heavy objects.
