The students have normal accounts. Is there a special student account?

Could I have a Meteriod Coordinates Tournament for 33 players.

I've upgraded your account to a Premium account which should allow you to create and manage tournaments.

you don't have that yet. the only way for you to challenge someone or be challenged is if you go to User-CP/Arcade-Options. Then customize your settings.
Note: you might not have priveledges.
