Maths assignment !
1. Explain in a sentence or two how step numbers can be written without a diagram - 2 marks
2. Find a rule or explanation to describe all whole numbers which cannot be described as a step number and use your rule/explanation to find all non-step numbers between 1000 and 10000. Show all appropriate working - 8 marks

Can anyone help! Have no idea where to start!
