Default Algebra Problem?

How can i solve this equation: x^8 + 13x^4 +36=0and finding the zero of this function: f(x) = 2x^2 -2x +1Thanks!

(x^4 + 9)(x^4 + 4)

for the second one, Do you have multiple choice to choose from? If you do plug in all the answers into the equation and when you get the one that equals zero you'll know that's the right answer. sorry cant help you on the first one i forgot how to do that lol
