 07-24-2007 #2 Mr. Hui     Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 10,653 First simplify what's inside the square root: ${x^2}-6x+9 = (x-3)(x-3) = (x-3)^2$ so the square root of $(x-3)^2$ is $(x-3)$ __________________ Do Math and you can do Anything!
