Statistics about Bingo Hall?

Hello. I'm trying to write a paper on "Bingo Hall" for my school paper. And I need to find overview of Bingo Hall (or Bingo Club) such as approximately how many Bingo Halls (charitable ones and commercial ones), how much they earn in a year, which city has most Bingo Halls in the U.S. and so on... I tried to search in some keywords, such as "Bingo Hall, Bingo Club, Bingo Statistics, Bingo Survey" and I also looked U.S. gov. website. But it seems there are too much information. I could find each state's information for some, but not for the entire U.S. If there are any good ways to seacrh, please give me some advice. Thank you.
