![]() A particular bacterial colony has the size (N) at any time (t) hours after another bacterium was introduced: N = 10000(0.85) tUse this formula to answer the following:a)Find the initial populationb)Is the population increasing or decreasing? Give the % increase and decreasec)Find the size of population after 2 hoursd)Find the hour during which the population will be 25% of the original populationAnother colony introduced at the same time has size given by: Q = 5000(1.07) te)By what % is this population increasing?f)During which hour will the two populations be the same size.

![]() I think you typed in the wrong formula for the size of the colony. Usually tofind the intitial population you would substitute t=0 but in this case that would lead to N=0 (and Q=0 for questions e and f).
