![]() Just a little messing around here. First multiply out the brackets. I've changed the f(x) to y by the way:y = 2x+4+1/2 then add 4+1/2 together:y = 2x + 9/2, then subract 2x and multiply by 2:2y - 4x = 9I'm not quite sure what you mean by the next bit, but if you want to find the line then you just use the equation again I think.
