Default what are the applications of mathematics in real life?navigation is based on

which principle? aircraft navigation systems are based on what principles? is it coordinate geometry or something else? please give me a detailed answer. thanks for helping me out

The mathematics behind navigation is mostly modeled using three dimensional vectors and vector spaces. Most likely the vector is represented in its polar form. The technology used in positioning an aircraft and navigating it is GPS (Global positioning system).
