Default Math Mistake in News Article

There is a math mistake involving proportions in this article. Are you sharp enough to pick it up?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/4745205.stm

Hint: It's in the bolded paragraph.

The title says one in seven new mobiles 'faulty' but in the article it says an estimated two million of the 18 million mobiles sold last year in the UK could have been faulty. The mistake is that two million of 18 million is one in nine and the title says one in seven.

I agree. If you ask someone to do everything for you and you do nothing but watch and then the next time you do nothing again but watch someone do it for you again, you have learned helplessness.

I am kinda like that . My sister told me how to type on the keyboard and I was watching her over and over. I have learned helplessness.
