 08-06-2010 #1 pineapple74     Join Date: May 2010 Posts: 60 A Brain Teaser! There is a man who lives on the top floor of an apartment building. On sunny days he rides half way in the elevator and walks the rest of the way. On rainy days he rides the elevator all the way up. Why does he do that? __________________ Nothing is impossible

The man was too short to reach the button for the top floor, but on rainy days he used his umbrella to reach it.

In the United States, the 1988 Amendments to the Fair Housing Act guarantees that "Light switches, electrical outlets, thermostats and other environmental controls [be placed] in accessible locations".
