Default This is a college algebra question over rational and polynomial functions?

If a parking attendant can attend to a=70 cars per hour and the vehicles are arriving randomly at a rate of x vehicles per hour, the average time T in hours spent waiting in line and paying the attendant is given by T[x]=1/a-x Where x [0,70]a.) Evaluate T [0 vehicles/hour] and T[60 vehicles/hour]b.) Find the rate of x if the wait is 3 minutes (1 hour=60 minutes)
