![]() Math is the building block of sciences, plain and simple. Dunno how to break it down more than that, really! From the engineer designing a bridge to the geologist calculating bed tip to the chemist calculating molecular weight... It all ties back to math.Bottom line is that if you can't do math, you can't be a very good scientist. Even at the most basic levels, a scientist will have to juggle statistics and what-not. And that gets weird in itself just using rhetoric...
