Default I'm new in here, Could you Help ?

Hi guys My name is Islam. I'm from Egypt and i want your advice
i'm Egyptian thus i just study subjects in Arabic but i have a good skills in English so i want to use this skills to do something useful for myself. recently i decided to study online the course which the MIT open course offers. the department i choose to be my study filed is electrical engineering and computer science, the matter of fact that this department is Hard and it needs math and algebra basics and skills so i wanna know what math books should i begin with to make me understand math or algebra and to make my studies in the electrical engineering and computer science department much easier to understand.

just tell me where to start and it doesn't matter if it's all in English or it's hard to understand
