![]() - Improper Fractions is a fraction in which the numerator is greater than the denominator, such as 5/4.
-An improper fraction is a fraction where the numerator (the top number) is greater than or equal to the denominator (the bottom number). In other words, it is top-heavy.Example: 5/3 (five thirds) and 9/8 (nine eighths) are improper fractions
