Is the decimal expansion of all 9s equal to 1 whole?

if you want to get technical... then no .9 repeating is still .9 repeating no matter how you look at it. unless of course you decide to round the #. but seeing as how we're not that makes the problem we're looking at as this.

0.9999999999... < 1
