Default Dice probability question

New to the boards, would like to say hello to everyone. Looking forward to some good problems.

Alright, a friend of mine the other day asked me to run a problem. I'm not great at math, not horrible either, but for the life of me I can't figure this one out.

Okay, so here it goes:

Person A rolls 2 red dice. Person B rolls 1 blue die. Without adding the total, what is the chance person A's red dice will roll higher than person B on a single die (i.e. if Person A rolls a 6 and a 4 and person B rolls a 5, Person A has rolled higher by rolling a 6). He confused me a little bit so I through in a little extra clarity.

The follow up to this of course was what if person one rolls 3 red dice and Person B rolls 1 blue die. What is the percentage chance of rolling higher on the 3 Red dice.

And his last question was...What if person A rolls 1 red die and Person B rolls 1 blue die, however the blue die may be re-rolled. What is the percentage chance the blue die will roll higher than a red die.

Help me with this one guys,

thanks NFI
