I love math in general but my favorite is algebra since it is simple yet complex like a simple parabola looks so wonderful yet it is a complex quadratic.
Factoring is fun but you can factor things like trinomials and complex things which are fantastic.

not necessarily it can be applied to graph those pretty things but they are for calculating algebra related things like the radius or the equation of the circle in geometry you talk about things like the area circumference and sch
With algebra you create equations and solve them like creating the equation for the ellipse or the like but it is not about geometry.
