Default The problem of different sample size

I am doing some research. I have 2 categorical data. A: 10,000 sample size B:100 sample size.
1. What's the problem if dealing with so huge different in smaple size? (I know that it will lead to different accuracies of measurement. But how?)
2. What's the problem if doing regession, Chi-square test or logistic Regression? (I know that in ANOVA, when dealing with large different sample size, I can use Hochberg's GT2. But how do it work, I don't know about it)
