Default Is the answer to this algebra problem 8b or is it 1/8b?

Simplify the expression by using the properties of rational exponents. Assume all variables represent positive real numbers. Express the final answer using positive exponents only. 8b^−1/3 divided by b^2/3 Is the answer 8b or is it 1/8b?
