Help with probability problem
I need help solving this probability problem.
In 1999 the probabitlity that a randomly selected vehicle would be involved in a deadly tirerelated accident was approximately 3x10 to the 6, whereas, the probability that a tirerelated accident would prove deadly was 0.02. What was the probability that vehicle would be involved in a tirerelated accident? I don't get how to find 3x1 to the 6 also. Thanks a million!
