4/18 is a fraction. First, you can simplify it by dividing both the numerator (top) and denominator (bottom) by zero:
4/18 = 2/9

Now, 2/9 is the most simplest fraction.
As a decimal, it would be 0.22222222222222222222222222... and so on. This would be written as 0.2, with the 2 having either a dot or a line above it, to show it recurrs, or repeats.

You can't simplify 4/18, or in fact any fraction, by dividing both the numerator and the denominator by zero. Dividing by zero is not defined in math.

To simplify 4/18 divide both the numerator and denominator by a factor common to both. In the case of 4/18 a common factor is 2. Then 4/18 = 2/9.

That must have been a very awkward and terrible typo... How did I write zero, when I was indefinitely writing two?

Oh well, we all make mistakes Thanks

You can write 0.(2) as well
