Exclamation How to Find Percent Decrease?

The number of Americans who speak Yiddish at home decreased from 320,380 in 1980 to 213,064 in 1990. Find the percent decrease.

Percent decrease = Amount of decrease / Original amount * 100

Amount of decrease = 320,380 - 213,064 = 107,316

Percent decrease = 107,316/320,380*100= 33.4964729%
Do Math and you can do Anything!
