 02-01-2013 #1 noreply     Join Date: Dec 2011 Posts: 90 Egg Timers I have two egg timers, one empties in four minutes, the other empties in ten minutes. How can I use them to measure exactly ten minutes?

Turn the 10 minute timer over and wait for it to run out.

Or maybe there is a typo in your question somewhere.

One empties in 4 minutes, the other in seven minutes.

maybe you empty the seven minute and 3/4 of the other one?

you put the other one add 6 minuntes and keep the orher one at 10
