thats a really hard problem jon are u in honors class??
I am pretty sure that x=2 or 2 try putting 2 instead of the variable which is 2 over 1 and it works

First combine the 2 fractions on the lefthand side. x + = ^{} Then subtract from both sides of the equation. x = 1
