Ulani has an older sister and a younger sister. Her older sister is one year more than twice Ulani’s age. Ulani’s younger sister is three years younger than she is. The sum of their three ages is 26. Find Ulani’s age.

Let U = Ulani's age
and
O = Older sister's age
Y = Younger sister's age

O = 2U + 1
Y = U - 3

U + (2U + 1) + (U - 3) = 26

Solving for U.

4U - 2 = 26
U = 7
O = 15
