c the method(hypo)(hypo)=(side1)(side1)+(side2)(side2)7* 7=2*2+(side2)(side2)49=4+2side2(i.e side2 square)49-4=2side245=2side2side2=under root 45i.e.=15*3i.e.=3/5so the answer is d.

pythagoras' theorem: 7^2=2^2 + x^2 x= sqr root of 45so D

A lot of people gave you the answer, but you need to remember the pythagorean theorem. a^2+b^2=c^2. This will help more than anybody giving you the answer.
