Decimals; help please!
HELP ME Answer these questions and explain how you got the answers 0.6  0.22 =

Multiply everything by 100.
6022=38 Then, divide the answer by 100. 0.38 Do the others by yourself. Of course, you don't have to do this, but you probably will have trouble otherwise.

0.5 is now 0.50 amd 0.12 is 0.12  0.38 !! YAY !! TY YOUR the best !!

Huh? Wait, no.
0.5 times 100 is 50. 0.12 times 100 is 12. If you have 0.50.12, you then get 5012. Then, once you do the minusing (bad grammar), you get 38. 38 divided by 100 is 0.38. Get it?

You don't need to multiply by a 100, just line up the decimals, and subtract regularly. Just drop the decimal to the correct space in the answer.
